Product Description
Induction sealing is a non-contact heating process by which a composite multi-layer foil is bonded to a container by induction heating. It is applied to all the containers except metal ones. The seal is for air proof, leakage proof and quality security and clean. Liner materials can be printed with your logo or characters,figure to enhance brand identification and customers' confidence, Anti-counterfeiting.
Application:
Ideal to seal plastic (LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PET,ABS, etc) and glass containers.
Types of induction aluminum foil liner:
One-piece type: No releasable backing left in closure after sealing process. This type may have pull-tab to help removing foil liner from bottle mouth by diffrent die-cut mold.
Two-piece type: Foil liner with a backing left in the cap after sealing process.
Sealing performance:
Clean peel (no residue left on bottle mouth)
Welded seal (residue left on bottle mouth when peeling).
